I was recently hired in the Malden area and needed to find an apartment super quick, and boy was I grateful to find Altitude Apartments! The apartment itself is great and I'm also very impressed with the maintenance staff. Overall a great experience! ~Jennifer B.

The leasing consultant we worked with was incredibly helpful and nice throughout the entire process. The community landscaping is very well kept, the trash is taken from our floor daily and even sometimes multiple times a day, and our apartment was clean when we moved in. Being right off Route 1 is very convenient for getting to just about any restaurant, grocery store, or many other activities around. Not to mention it's very easy to get into Boston. ~Andrew H.

My apartment was newly renovated and is very comfortable. The maintenance staff are wonderful! The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing, with a duck pond (and waterfall), a fitness center, a pool, and many other amenities. If I had to do it all over again, I would still choose to live here. ~Chris O.

I have lived at Altitude for 2.5 years and it has been a very good experience. I have many friends and I have met them all from living in my community. In the summer time there is a beautiful pool. I feel safe where I live and I tell everyone to live here. It really is wonderful!! ~Sunjay A.

A great place to call home! The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and maintenance are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of having bus stops through out the property that will take you to Boston. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else. ~Joan M.

I could not be more pleased with everything! I love my apartment, my view, and the pool is great. I never have to wait to work out at the gym and it is the CLEANEST GYM EVER!! Altitude is a great place to call home. The landscape is very beautiful and well maintained. The amenities make it even more special to live here. Staff are very polite and greet everyone and remember everyone. Maintenance staff give just a day turn around for requests. Security at the main gate verifies everyone before entering.
